Buffalo Bills 42-44 Los Angeles Rams
The Los Angeles Rams broke Josh Allen's record six-touchdown performance and ended the Buffalo Bills' winning streak at seven. Matthew Stafford passed for 320 yards and a 19-yard touchdown to Puka Nacua with 1:54 left for the Rams, who won six of eight games. Allen passed for 342 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 82 yards and three scores for the Bills. Allen became the first player in NFL history to have three passing TDs and three rushing TDs in a game. He scored on a 1-yard dive with 1:00 left, capping Buffalo's third touchdown drive of the fourth quarter.
Atlanta Falcons 21–42 Minnesota Vikings
Sam Darnold completed 22 of 28 passes for 347 yards and a career-high five touchdowns as the Minnesota Vikings pulled away to beat the Atlanta Falcons.
Jordan Addison had eight catches for 133 yards and three touchdowns for Minnesota (11-2), which won its sixth straight game. Justin Jefferson had seven catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns. Kirk Cousins returned to Minnesota and completed 23 of 37 passes for 344 yards with two interceptions, spending six seasons there before leaving as a free agent. Tyler Allgaier (63 yards on nine carries) and Bijan Robinson (22 carries for 92 yards) each rushed for one touchdown for Atlanta (6-7).
Chicago Bears 13–38 San Francisco 49ers
Brock Purdy threw two touchdown passes and the San Francisco 49ers bounced back from two blowout losses to beat Chicago (4-9) and spoil interim coach Thomas Brown's Bears debut. The 49ers (6-7) lost by 53 points over the past two weeks with losses to Green Bay and Buffalo, ending their playoff hopes. However, San Francisco put up a performance reminiscent of a year ago when the Niners made it to the Super Bowl. The Bears lost seven games in a row, and there was no excitement after the mid-season firing of a head coach for the first time in franchise history.
Carolina Panthers 16–22 Philadelphia Eagles
Saquon Barkley rushed for 124 yards to break the Eagles' season record, Jalen Hurts threw two touchdown passes and ran for a score, and Philadelphia won their ninth straight game. The Eagles (11-2) remained second in the NFC behind Detroit after a mostly lethargic performance against the Panthers (3-10). Barkley had a 9-yard run in the fourth quarter, passing LeSean McCoy's 2013 Eagles single-season rushing record of 1,607 yards and adding another milestone on his way to MVP honors. With four games remaining, Barkley has 1,623 yards. Hurts was 14-of-21 passing for 108 yards.
Cleveland Browns 14–27 Pittsburgh Steelers
Russell Wilson threw for 158 yards and two touchdowns, and the Pittsburgh Steelers pulled away from the error-prone Cleveland Browns. The Steelers (10-3) defeated Cleveland at home in the regular season for the 21st consecutive year, despite lead receiver George Pickens missing the game with a groin injury. Wilson joined Van Jefferson and Pat Freiermuth in scoring as the Steelers took a two-game lead over Baltimore in the AFC North. Jameis Winston threw for 211 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions for the Browns, but the Browns fell to 3-10.
Seattle Seahawks 30–18 Arizona Cardinals
Zach Charbonnet threw for a career-high 134 yards and two touchdowns, Geno Smith threw for 233 yards and a score, and the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Arizona Cardinals to maintain first place in the NFC West. The Seahawks won four straight to improve to 8-5 and take the season series from the Cardinals, who fell to 6-7. They won seven straight against their district rivals. The Cardinals have lost three straight games and are out of the playoff picture. Kyler Murray threw for 259 yards and two touchdowns, but also had an interception on back-to-back passes in the first quarter.
Las Vegas Raiders 13–28 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Baker Mayfield threw for 295 yards and three touchdowns as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Las Vegas Raiders to take sole possession of first place in the NFC South. Mayfield threw scoring passes of 15 and 29 yards to Jalen McMillan. The Bucs (7-6) revived their hopes for a fourth consecutive district title with their third consecutive win over a last-place opponent, with Ratchard White scoring a TD on a 5-yard reception and a 3-yard run. The Raiders (2-11) lost quarterback Aidan O'Connell to a knee injury and extended their current NFL losing streak to nine games.
New York Jets 26–32 Miami Dolphins (OT)
The Miami Dolphins defeated the reeling New York Jets, with Tua Tagovailoa throwing a 10-yard touchdown pass to Jonnu Smith on the first possession of overtime.
Tagovailoa passed for 331 yards and two touchdowns as Miami (6-7) kept its playoff hopes alive. Tyreek Hill caught 10 passes for 115 yards and one TD. Jaylen Waddle caught nine passes for 99 yards and a two-point conversion. The game featured six lead changes and marked the ninth consecutive year the Dolphins have defeated the Jets at home.
The Dolphins didn't force a punt until two consecutive stops in the fourth quarter, allowing Miami to rally from an eight-point deficit. Anders Karlsson's 42-yard field goal with 52 seconds left gave the Jets a 26-23 lead, but Jason Saunders' 52-yard field goal with seven seconds left sent the game to overtime. . Aaron Rodgers passed for 339 yards and a touchdown, but New York (3-10) still lost its fourth straight game.
New Orleans Saints 14–11 New York Giants
Brian Brisey leaped over the Giants' line with 11 seconds left to thwart a potential tying field goal, and the New Orleans Saints (5-8) continued to lose quarterback Derek Carr to injury late in the fourth quarter. We maintained the victory against New York. . The Giants lost eight straight games, one away from hitting the franchise record. Carr was injured when he dove for a first down near the Saints 40 with less than four minutes remaining and landed hard. The Saints gave the ball back to the Giants (2-11) and Drew Lock drove the Giants toward overtime, but Brees denied New York kicker Graham Gano.
Jacksonville Jaguars 10–6 Tennessee Titans
Tank Bigsby runs for an 8-yard touchdown with 6 minutes, 46 seconds left as the Jacksonville Jaguars snap a five-game skid and score the final 10 points of the game to seal the victory and narrowly beat the Tennessee Titans. Any hopes of a playoff run ended. Jacksonville has already been eliminated as Trevor Lawrence will miss the remainder of the season. The Jaguars leave with their second win in their last 11 trips to Music City and only their second win in their last three. The Titans also needed to win to make their playoff dreams come true. The last best chance ended when Will Revis missed Nick Westbrook-Iquine in the end zone and reversed it on downs with 1:11 left. Both teams have 3 wins and 10 losses.
