NFL Slaps Former Super Bowl Champ Von Miller With Multiple Game Suspension

Former Super Bowl champion and Buffalo Bills outside linebacker Von Miller has been suspended for four games for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, the NFL announced Tuesday.

Miller will be suspended for four games without pay, but the OLB will be eligible to return after the Bills-Seattle Seahawks game on Oct. 28, the statement added. Miller was arrested in Dallas, Texas in November 2023 on a charge of third-degree felony assault of a pregnant woman, which carries a penalty of two to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The Associated Press noted that the incident occurred during the Bills' bye week. After Miller returned to Buffalo, New York, he met with Bills owner Terry Pegula, coach Sean McDermott, general manager Brandon Beane, and others, and was interviewed by the Dallas District Attorney's Office over the phone. While doing so, he reportedly explained his own situation.
