NFC training camp is just around the corner.
Before you know it, the Hall of Fame Game is set for Thursday, August 6, featuring the Arizona Cardinals and the Carolina Panthers.
This summer, we’re checking in with NFL fans through our new NFL feed, asking a series of eight simple questions to gauge their sentiments. So, who do fans think will emerge as the top teams?
Having shared the results from the AFC side, we now turn our attention to the NFC. Here’s what the fans believe lies ahead for the upcoming season.
Eagles stand out as NFC East favorites
Our NFC overview kicks off in the East, where the Philadelphia Eagles have emerged as clear favorites for the division title. A whopping 67% of participants voted for Philadelphia, with the Dallas Cowboys trailing at 15% and the New York Giants slightly behind at 13%.
Washington ended up with just 5% of the votes.

Lions chosen for NFC North division win
Shifting to the NFC North, the Detroit Lions have been picked to reclaim the division title. Fifty-two percent of those surveyed believe the Lions will come out on top, while the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears received similar support, with 22% and 20% respectively.
The confidence in the Minnesota Vikings appears low, as Kevin O’Connell and his crew garnered only 6% of the votes.

Tight race for NFC South supremacy
The votes in the NFC South were the closest.
And, honestly, probably the most engaging discussions as well.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers received 29% of the votes, giving them a slight edge over the Carolina Panthers at 27%. All four teams in this division received over 20% support, with the New Orleans Saints at 22% and the Atlanta Falcons at 21%.

Rams favored in NFC West
This division has sparked quite a bit of excitement, especially since three playoff teams from the 2025-2026 season hail from the West. So, we saved it for last.
With Myles Garrett joining the squad, the Rams took a significant 46% of the votes, positioning them as favorites to win the NFC West. The Seattle Seahawks, fresh off their Super Bowl LX victory, captured 28% of the votes, followed by the San Francisco 49ers at 21%.
For those 5% who picked the Arizona Cardinals, brace yourselves.
