NFL Wild Card Saturday pick, best bet

Look to reignite the divisional rivalry in what is expected to be a frigid game as the Ravens take on the Steelers in Baltimore.

Snow was originally forecast for this game, but that was later changed. Besides colder temperatures, we're looking at a clean bill of football.

The Ravens are 0.5-point favorites at Caesars Sportsbook this weekend as the team rated No. 1 in the league in Defensive Adjusted Average (DVOA).

Baltimore defeated the Steelers 34-17 at home on December 21, but lost 18-16 to Pittsburgh on November 17.

This season, it will be a best-of-three rubber match with the winner advancing to the divisional round.

Steelers vs. Ravens predictions

In the most recent matchup between these two teams, the Ravens did a great job offensively, gaining 6.7 yards per play.

The reality is that no one believes in them after losing to the Chiefs last year as a middling championship favorite, outgaining Kansas City by 5.9 yards per play and gaining 4.4 yards per play.

But betting on the Steelers isn't entirely worth it either.

Pittsburgh has lost four in a row and is playing their worst football of the season.

The Steelers have the second-worst yards per pass attempt in the NFL during this period behind the Browns. oh yeah.

I expect the Ravens to have a strong performance in the wild card round, but I expect them to fall far behind in the second half of the playoffs.

Target Derrick Henry rushing yards and the Ravens' alternate spread in same-game parlays to get positive odds.

Henry has exceeded this mark for three games in a row and is under a sneaky load.

Pick: Derrick Henry 99.5+ rushing yards + Ravens -3.5 (+118, DraftKings)
