Nick Hogan talks about his father's passing: 'My hero'

Emotional Tribute from Nick Hogan Following His Father’s Passing

Nick Hogan, known officially as Borea, recently shared a heartfelt tribute to his father, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, following his death. In a poignant Instagram post, he reflected on their close relationship, describing his father as both a “hero” and “best friend.”

“This has been overwhelming and extremely difficult,” Nick wrote alongside 20 photos capturing moments of their lives together. “Hearing so many kind words about my dad’s life, his many interactions, and experiences has provided incredible comfort. He truly is the most amazing person I’ve ever met, and he will always be my hero.”

Hulk Hogan, whose birth name was Terry Borea, passed away at 71 after Clearwater, Florida State Police indicated he had encountered “serious medical issues.” Reports suggest he had been struggling with health problems in the weeks leading up to his passing.

In his tribute, Nick expressed gratitude for the time they spent together, especially in the last few years after his return to Florida. “Those memories are truly the best moments of my life. I’d do anything to have him back, but I know he’s watching over me. I’ll always hold onto the lessons and advice he shared,” he added.

“Thank you for being the best dad and my closest friend. I love you so much, and I miss you every day,” he concluded.

Hulk Hogan and his former wife, Linda, share two children, Nick and daughter Brooke, having divorced in 2007. The family also starred together in the reality show “Hogan Knows Best” from 2005 to 2007.

Following Hulk Hogan’s death, Nick’s wife, Tana Lee, shared a photo from their wedding day on Instagram, reflecting the family’s collective loss.
