Nicole Brown Simpson’s two children were 8 and 5 years old when she was murdered along with her friend Ron Goldman on June 12, 1994.
After a neighbor discovered a body at Brown’s in Brentwood, California, Upon arriving at the townhome, police woke the sleeping children and escorted them out the back door to stop them from seeing the horrific scene.
Their father, former NFL player OJ Simpson, was famously arrested and subsequently acquitted of murder in what was dubbed “the trial of the century.” More than 100 million people in the United States alone tuned in to watch his acquittal on television.
Before welcoming Sydney and Justin with Brown, Simpson had three children with his first wife, Margaret Whitley: Arnelle, Jason and Arlene, who drowned in their family’s swimming pool in 1979 before her second birthday.
Simpson died in April of this year at the age of 76 from metastatic prostate cancer, Fox News Digital previously reported.

Wednesday marks exactly 30 years since Brown Simpson and Goldman were murdered, but O.J. Simpson’s surviving children are now adults. Brown Simpson’s family has not had any contact with his four children since Simpson gained full custody and moved to Miami, Simpson’s sister, Denise Brown, told producers of Lifetime’s “The Life and Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson,” which was released last week ahead of the anniversary.
Dominique Brown, Sydney and Justin’s aunt, told people In May, Brown Simpson’s children said they wanted to “raise their family in a low profile.”
Fox News Digital has reached out to the Simpson children for comment but was unable to get in touch. Here’s what we know about their current lives:
Arnell Simpson
Arnell Simpson, now 55, was born on December 4, 1968, when his father, a football player, was 21 years old.
In the Lifetime documentary, Denise Brown said that before her stepmother died, Arnelle “put up with Nicole.”
“Arnelle was a girl. [her] “My mom said, ‘You broke up my mom and dad,’ or something like that,” Brown’s sister recalled.

Simpson divorced his first wife, Whitley, in 1979, two years after starting his relationship with Brown.
Arnell was an ardent supporter of her father, and testified at his trial in 1995 that the news of Brown Simpson’s death had left her father “emotional,” “out of control” and “distraught.” She described how much her father’s family missed him and wanted him to come home.
Then, when Simpson faced a parole hearing in 2017 for an armed robbery at a Las Vegas hotel in 2007, he asked for his father’s release.
“As a family, we recognize that he is not a perfect man, but as a man and a father, he has done his best to behave in ways that speak to his overall nature and character,” she said. CBS reported.

She remained close to her father and managed his assets until his death.
Arnell Simpson has appeared in several documentaries about her father’s trial, including “O.J.: The Trial of the Century.” She told Georgia Newsday that it was hard to maintain a career with her family’s reputation, but she did work for a rapper named Hush and produced some fashion shows.
Jason Simpson
OJ Simpson and Whitley’s second child, Jason, lived a private life as a chef at Atlanta restaurant St. Cecilia. Los Angeles Times It was reported in 2016.
Born in 1970, Jason was at his father’s side when he was inducted into the Buffalo Bills Wall of Fame in 1980, and also attended the premiere of The Naked Gun with Brown Simpson and his two half-brothers three months before his stepmother was murdered.
After the infamous police chase in which officers pursued Simpson’s slow-moving white Bronco, Jason Simpson met with his father at his Brentwood home, where he attempted to talk to his father, but was instead handcuffed by police and taken back to the house.

The eldest Simpson son was never implicated in the murders of his stepmother and Ron Goldman, but private investigator William Dear has spent the past 30 years trying to prove that Jason was in fact the killer. Sidney Simpson
OJ Simpson and Brown Simpson’s first child, Sydney, was born on October 17, 1985, and was just eight years old when her mother died.
In a documentary about Brown Simpson’s life just released on Lifetime, Dennis Brown offers a glimpse into the turmoil in Sydney at the time.
“One night, I was tucking her in bed and talking and she asked me, ‘Denise, is my dad in prison?’ and I said, ‘Yes,'” the Browns’ sister recalled. “She said, ‘Is my dad going to die?’ and I said, ‘No, why?’ She said, ‘Don’t people who kill people kill them?’ and I said, ‘Sydney, I told you they don’t do that anymore.'”

She and Justin moved to Miami with her father in 2000, six years after his mother died, when he gained full custody.
In 2001, the FBI searched Simpson’s home because of his ties to drug dealer Andrew Anderson. The Tampa Bay Times reported.
Either way, Sydney graduated from Boston University in 2010 with a degree in sociology. To the peoplespending some time in Atlanta before moving to St. Petersburg, Florida.

Details about Sydney’s family are scarce, but in the Lifetime documentary, Dominique Brown said that her sister’s children have “their own family” and “their own kids.”
“They just want to live a normal life, a happy life,” she said. “It’s hard for them not having their parents. It’s sad. I don’t know if it’s hard, but it’s sad for them. And I think privacy is important for them.”
Justin Ryan Simpson
Justin Simpson, born on August 6, 1988, was just five years old when his mother was murdered outside their home while she was sleeping upstairs.
Days after their father’s death in April, Justin’s godfather, David Brobeck, told People magazine that Brown Simpson’s children “areGood Life“
“They’ve grown up and now have their own families and are doing really well,” he said. “They’re solid, strong people and parents and we wish them the best and send them lots of love.”

In 2016, Justin worked as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in St. Petersburg and told the Tampa Bay Times it was a “great place to live.”
“Why not St. Petersburg?” he told the outlet. “It’s a great place.”
In February 2022, he announced that he and his wife were expecting a daughter.
