The Perfect (Former) Couple

Nicole Kidman recently shared a heartfelt post for ex-husband Keith Urban on Instagram for Father’s Day, just five months after their divorce settlement. “Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there,” the actress, who is 59, wrote in her Stories.

In her post, she included a black-and-white photo featuring herself and her father, alongside a touching image of Urban, 58, with their two daughters.

During their nearly two-decade marriage, Kidman and Urban welcomed two children: Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15. The couple, who tied the knot in June 2006, announced their split in September 2025.

The divorce was completed in January of the following year.

This past weekend, Urban also made waves on social media by celebrating his ex-wife’s birthday, posting, “Happy Birthday, Nicole Mary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

While Kidman has kept quiet about their highly publicized breakup, she did touch on it in a March interview. “I’m always going to move in a positive direction,” she told Variety, adding, “What I’m thankful for is my family and letting them be and moving on, that’s all.” She emphasized, “Out of respect, I won’t talk about anything else; I continue to think, ‘We’re a family.’ That’s what we’ll continue to do.”

Kidman also spoke fondly of their “darlings” during an earlier Mother’s Day celebration, expressing her joy in motherhood: “To my beautiful daughters, being a mother is my greatest joy. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers around the world.”

Interestingly, Urban did not share anything about this vacation on social media.
