NIH scientist claims ‘censorship’ under RFK’s leadership

The top official at the National Institutes of Health complained about censorship under the leadership of HHS Sec and announced his sudden retirement from the agency 21 years later. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Kevin Hall, a senior NIH investigator, complained that he had “experienced censorship” while investigating an ultra-treated food poisoning.

“It’s very sad to announce my early retirement from the National Institutes of Health after 21 years in my dream job. My life’s job was to scientifically study how our food environment affects what we eat and how what we eat affects physiology.”

“Recently, I’ve focused on figuring out why diets with high-grade foods are associated with the rates of chronic disease outbreaks such as diabetes and obesity. Our research is leading the world on this topic,” he continued.

Hall said he was initially encouraged by Kennedy’s official statement on chronic diseases and the issues with the American food system. However, he said, “He “experienced censorship in reporting our research, because of the agency’s concern that it appears not entirely support my agency’s leadership preconceived notions about ultra-processed food addiction.”

“I wrote to agency leadership expressing my concerns and asked for time to discuss these issues, but I never received a reply,” Hall added.

NIH did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Fox News Digital.

Hall’s claims came days after Kennedy visited FDA employees last week, and reportedly said, “The deep state is real.”

“President Trump is always talking about a deep nation, and the media is making him lightly pardoned and saying he’s paranoid,” Kennedy said. According to Politicoreported that it obtained an audio recording and transcript of the secretary’s remarks. “But the deep state is real. And it’s not just George Soros and Bill Gates, and the bunch of evil individuals sitting together in the room, planning on destroying humanity.”
