Glazer, 40, opened the show with a tribute to weight loss pills and declared today to be “Ozempic's biggest night.”
Glazer, who took to the stage live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., praised Zendaya's role in Challengers, a movie about a tennis ace who finds herself in a love triangle with her husband and ex-girlfriend.

“That movie was more sexual than Diddy's Credit Card,” Glazer said. “I know…I'm upset too. The after-party isn't so great.”

She joked that Stanley Tucci would have to host from now on. “There's no baby oil this year, just olive oil,” Glaser said.

During the search, authorities allegedly seized various “freak-off” materials, including drugs and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube, according to a federal indictment.
As the nominees continued to be announced, top stars were also thrown into Glazer's mix.
“'Evil', 'queer', 'night bitch'…these aren't just words Ben Affleck screams during orgasm,” Glazer said.

Before the show, Glaser reflected on his 22 years of hard work in the industry to get to where he is today.
“I started doing 'Last Comic Standing' when I was in college,” Glaser told CBS, before going on to elaborate on the show on MTV and Comedy Central.

One person who gave her important advice about hosting was former Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais.
