Former Gov. Nikki Haley said Friday during her campaign that each state would “change in character.”
The comments represent a major lapse for the Republican front-runner, who is already trailing former President Donald Trump in opinion polls.
- Iowa: Trump lead Haley leads by 35 points.
- New Hampshire: Trump leads Haley by 14 points
- South Carolina: Trump leads Haley by 31 points

Haley, considered a globalist by many conservatives, drew heated criticism from Trump during a speech in Iowa on Friday.
“Nikki Haley has been in the pocket of open border facility donors throughout her career and is a globalist. She loves the planet,” President Trump said.
“Mr. Haley's campaign is funded by Mr. Biden's donors. Did you know?” Mr. Trump asked. “Biden donors,” he repeated.
“We fought long and hard to save the Republican Party from Mitt Romney, Karl Rove, Paul Ryan and others,” Trump said. “There's no chance we'll forgive them.” [RINOs] Return to power. ”
