Nikki Spoelstra said she was harassed on social media about rumors she described as “Fabricated Nonsense” in a video posted on Instagram on Sunday.
Nikki, the ex-wife of Miami Heat coach Eric Sperstra, explained that “there are 100% AF-King stories, and it's not true,” but specifically he didn't name anyone.
It was amid unfounded rumors on social media that she was involved with a Miami Heat player.
“Yeah, this is going to be fun,” Nikki, 38, said in the video. “Y'all Streets gives me too much power when S-T can't go to professional sports. It's one thing for you to come to my page after I make really big life choices and have crazy stories.
Nikki, a former heat dancer, spoke to her “girlfriend” and the “mama” of the player in question, adding that they were all laughing at the situation.
“…You'll come here with your dirty feet in my space – I'll talk to you and call you,” Nikki said. “So this little rumour that you're getting a sports troll, I never do it for two main reasons that I don't really feel an obligation to explain to you just because it doesn't happen and that it's not real.
“And while your story may be interesting with the assumptions of these plots, there are so many holes in your story, and frankly it's really bad storytelling. So, you guys are entertaining yourself with this production nonsense, but I'm already talking to my girlfriend.
“This is a transaction you are not allowed to come to my page by calling my name. I know that some of you think, 'You're a public person, and you'll publish your page.' It can't come to my space and talk to me like that.
Nikki addressed the internet trolls in the caption and challenged them to share their “nasty most” comments.
“Let's go to Ig. Show us what you've got. Keep coming for my sincerity,” she wrote. “You're the only one crazy person, Babes! It's hard not to get things to go to sports. IKIK. The trolls tap!
