Nine shocking revelations emerge in the first two days of Hunter Biden’s gun trial.
The trial is expected to last about two weeks before many witnesses and is likely to reveal further damning information about the dysfunctional Biden family. The trial is scheduled to resume at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
The two-day trial revealed that:
- The defense will likely try to convince jurors that Hunter did not “knowingly” commit wrongdoing, as the prosecution claims, and portray him as the victim of a drug addiction.
- The defense strategy is to obtain Jury nullification.
- The Department of Justice will frame prosecutions as “no one is above the law” and “it doesn’t matter who you are or what your name is.”
- The jury is evenly split between men and women, but all three alternate jurors are women.
- Many of the jurors in the case said they have family members who have experienced substance abuse.
- FBI Confirmed Hunter’s laptop is real.
- President Joe Biden reportedly plans to speak to Hunter Biden by phone every day during the trial.
- Biden’s family and associates will likely be in court every day in front of the jury.
- Hallie Biden, Hunter Biden’s ex-husband and the widow of his brother, is expected to testify about her use of crack cocaine with Hunter.

Hunter is charged with one count of making a false statement regarding the purchase of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by an unlawful user or addict of a controlled substance, and one count of making a false statement regarding information required to be kept by a federally licensed firearms dealer.
Hunter was using crack cocaine when he bought the gun, according to many of the photos he left on his abandoned laptop. The gun was found discarded in a public trash can next to the school. The Secret Service is reportedly involved in the investigation.
