A former radio host has brought forth serious allegations against a New Jersey rapper, claiming he raped her while she was impaired and scarcely conscious in a hotel room in Coney Island, as detailed in a recent lawsuit.
Domonique Hayes, aged 40, asserts that 45-year-old Keyon Hart, known as Snake IIz, disregarded her numerous requests to stop during the assault on July 4, 2025.
According to the complaint filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on September 11, Hart allegedly attempted to intimidate her by boasting about possessing a gun and asserting he was a “pimp.”
When Hayes confronted Hart—a member of the 90s hip-hop group M.O.P.’s crew known as the “First Family”—a few days after the incident, he offered an apology but then allegedly dismissed her experience by insisting she wasn’t raped, just regretting the encounter afterward.
He purportedly messaged her, “I’m sorry… the alcohol got the best of me,” in messages that have since been deleted, according to the complaint.
In response, Hart told a publication, “I deny all of it to be completely honest. None of it’s true; she’s a liar.” He claimed there were messages exchanged after the incident wherein Hayes allegedly expressed wanting to have sex with him. However, he did not provide these messages to support his claim, and his lawyer, Rene Myatt, opted not to comment.
Hart has collaborated with notable artists such as Tupac Shakur and Wu-Tang-affiliated Killah Priest. His music includes popular tracks like “Sick” featuring Redrum781, “Boom!” with Fred the Godson, and “Get Em” alongside Lil’ Fame, boasting over 70,000 Instagram followers.
Hayes mentioned that she has known Hart for several years, having first interviewed him in 2016 for her web-based radio show, PrettygirlsXXX on BlogTalkRadio in Florida.
They reconnected in 2019 after she moved to New York and developed a friendship, per the lawsuit.
According to the complaint, Hart kept Hayes in his circle by promising collaborations that never happened and asking her to model for his clothing brand, Soldi Sporchi, for which she claims she never received payment.
On the day of the alleged assault, Hayes, Hart, and his friends—among them Lil’ Fame from M.O.P.—were celebrating the Fourth of July and Hart’s birthday along the Coney Island boardwalk.
Eventually, the gathering dwindled, and Hayes and Hart went to his room at the nearby Best Western Hotel. She felt safe returning to his room because Hart had previously stayed at her place in Queens without ever making any sexual advances.
During the evening, Hayes consumed alcohol, feeling increasingly “woozy” and struggling to stay awake as they watched fireworks around 1 a.m.
At that moment, she asserts, Hart pulled down her pants and pressed himself against her. Despite her protests, he allegedly pulled her pants down again shortly afterward as she began blacking out.
From there, she claims to have been “in and out of consciousness,” recalling Hart forcibly kissing her, performing oral sex, and penetrating her.
Despite the severity of her allegations, Hayes has not reported the incident to the police and is seeking unspecified damages, in addition to reimbursement for the modeling work she did for Hart.
Her lawyer, Lawrence Pearson, stated, “We stand with our client Ms. Hayes and with all women who have been abused. For too long, men have used promises of work or success to lure women into vulnerable situations where they can exploit them sexually.”
