No Labels, a group that plans to run for third-party presidential candidates, spoke by phone Monday with Ohio Secretary of State and Senate Republican candidate Frank LaRose.
NBC News obtained The email from No Labels co-executive director Liz Morrison invited people to join a Zoom call with LaRose, who is running in the hotly contested Ohio Senate Republican primary.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that LaRose will be an independent candidate and that Bernie Moreno will be a Trump-backed candidate.
“The Ohio Senate race is between Trump’s preferred candidate (self-funder Bernie Moreno) and our longtime friend, problem solver and current Secretary of State Frank LaRose. “The decision was made,” Prime Minister Scott Morrison wrote. .
“I cannot recommend my support for Frank LaRose more emphatically. The choice now is Senator Trump or an independent senator,” Prime Minister Scott Morrison said.
LaRose had sought Trump’s support or even that Trump remain neutral in the Buckeye State’s Republican primary. However, President Trump endorsed Moreno over LaRose. Last week, LaRose decided to unceremoniously attack Donald Trump Jr. and Vivek Ramaswamy.
LaRose praised No Labels, writing in a guest column for an Ohio newspaper in 2015: And I don’t understand that way of thinking. ”

Hoffman was once Spent $4.5 million to work with multiple media companies and the Anti-Trump Lincoln Project to produce ads attacking former President Donald Trump.
Mr. Hoffman, who reportedly visited sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s island, helped fund former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley’s (R) presidential campaign.
In May 2023, Hoffman admitted to visiting Epstein’s private island, Little St. James. The island is even more infamously known as “Pedophile Island”.
Mr. Hoffman also supported E. Jean Carroll’s civil suit against Mr. Trump.
Mr. Hoffman is one of the Democratic Party’s biggest donors. He works with left-wing billionaire George Soros to run a secret organization known as the Good Information Foundation, and has been accused of election interference.
