Kamala Harris, San Francisco District Attorney and Senator and During her 2020 Democratic presidential nomination campaign, she supported decriminalizing prostitution, but has not said whether she has changed her mind about this outrageous idea.
Well, that's something she's never changed. Officially It hasn't been made yet.
That would be a shame, because, like anything soft on crime, it would have dire legal and moral consequences, especially when combined with the surge in illegal immigration that she played a central role in causing.
And she has remained silent for apparently strategic reasons, refusing multiple requests from this newspaper to briefly explain her current views.
This entire disgraceful affair highlights what is most troubling about Harris' current candidacy.
No one knows what she really believes.
Look at the story of “sex reassignment surgery for illegal immigrants.”
In 2019, Harris clearly, openly and unambiguously supported the U.S. government paying for gender reassignment surgery for border crossers detained in ICE facilities.
When Donald Trump pointed this out during the debate, his campaign responded with a litany of words. Suggest She has changed her mind but has not stated so explicitly or provided any details about her current position.
Or consider a larger scale problem: fracking.
Again, Harris has previously made it clear that she supports the ban.

At first glance She's OK with that, but there's little reason to believe it's anything other than a desperate attempt to win in Pennsylvania, where the issue is a big deal.
Last week, she made it clear that she supports holding Israel hostage by freezing military aid until it agrees to a ceasefire (i.e., surrender to Hamas).
How long will it be before she fails at it?
And so it goes on and on.
Perhaps Harris will always remember her roots in San Francisco politics. She teeth Her entire past history reveals just how radical a person she is.
She is not the strict but sensible moderate that her campaign and its media sycophants are now trying to sell her as.
Despite being unable to cobble together a meaningful answer to any question without a teleprompter, Harris clearly realizes that supporting far-left policies like sex change for illegal immigrants is a shortcut to a disastrous election defeat.
In other words, she intends to remain a centrist right up until Election Day.
She may be able to get away with it, since most of the media has no interest in pursuing her hard. Quite the opposite.
In other words, she is a Schrödinger candidate.
We don't know Whether she's a far-left extremist or a centrist Democrat, that can't happen unless we vote for her.
Certainly, it sounds like an attempt to deceive America and destroy its democracy.
But remember, Donald Trump is the real threat.
