CNN commentator Scott Jennings said “no one believes” Vice President Kamala Harris' claim that President Biden has been in good health throughout his administration.
“I also thought it was interesting that she never took any responsibility at the end for telling the American people that Joe Biden was OK and strong, when we all know that's not true and that's why he dropped out of the race,” Jennings said.
Vice President Harris ended a lengthy interview drought on Thursday by speaking with CNN's Dana Bash, in which she defended her role in the Biden administration, saying that despite multiple policy shifts, “my values haven't changed.”

“She still holds onto the idea that he's fine, he's strong, he's doing well today,” he said. “Nobody believes that.”
Former Biden staffer Ashley Allison responded to Jennings' comments, saying she believed Biden's claims of good health.
“So why doesn't he run?” Jennings said.

“She has made it clear that she accepts and will continue Biden's economic policies, his record and the accomplishments that have been achieved. She has not expressed any regret or remorse or remorse for what has been achieved,” Jennings said of Harris' defense of the administration. (CNN)
Jennings said Harris agreed to pursue a “continuity” of Biden's policies.
“She has made it clear that she accepts and will continue Biden's economic policies, his record and the accomplishments that have been made. She has not expressed any regret or remorse or remorse for what has been made,” Jennings said of Harris' defense of the administration.
Jennings also addressed Harris' price control plan, saying, “Harris continued to blame inflation on this fanciful price gouging,” and “Harris had no real thought whatsoever about the state of the country's economy or what they've done beyond saying, 'Joe Biden and I have done a great job.'”
“I don't think it's sustainable,” he said of Harris' election strategy.
Rep. Michael Rulli called Harris' proposal a “death blow” to the grocery industry, while Washington Post columnist Catherine Rampell said the proposal could actually lead to “higher prices.”
