Djokovic addressed his issues with the crowd in his post-match press conference and returned to answer several questions about it in an interview with the BBC.

“I don’t regret anything I said or did on court,” Djokovic said in a clip of the interview circulating on social media, before being asked again about his “mindset” on court when he is being heckled by fans.
Djokovic seemed uncomfortable with the line of questioning and asked the reporter if he planned to ask any other questions about the issue.
“Do you have any questions about the crowd or is that all you’re focused on? Do you have any questions about the match or anything like that or is that all you’re focused on?”

Novak Djokovic mocks Wimbledon crowd: ‘Disrespectful’ in post-match interview
The reporter tried to respond, but Djokovic cut him off, saying: “Well, that’s the third question already. I’ve said what I needed to say.”
The reporter quickly tried to get the interview back on track by shifting the topic to Djokovic’s quarterfinal opponent, Alex de Minaur, but Djokovic appeared to have had enough.
“I’m looking forward to it. He’ll be a tough opponent.”
With that, Djokovic stood up, ended the interview and left the stage.

The questioning began after Djokovic called the crowd who booed him during the match “disrespectful.” While some claim the crowd was yelling “loons,” Djokovic expressed his feelings about the crowd’s actions.
“To all the fans who stayed here tonight out of respect, thank you so much. I appreciate it. And to all of you who chose to be disrespectful towards the players, or in this case me, good night,” he said, emphasizing the letter “O” in a mocking response to the boos from the crowd.
He also rejected the idea that his fans were rooting for his opponent.
