Please ask again later.

Vice President Kamala Harris was asked for at least the fourth time on Friday what she would have done differently than President Biden, but she declined to answer.

In response to a question from NBC News' Peter Alexander while campaigning in Michigan, Harris, 59, cited a vague “tradition” that vice presidents don't “criticize” their bosses.

“I want to be very frank with you guys, even Mike Pence included, uh, the vice president has not criticized the president,” Harris began.

“Actually, I don't think it's helpful from a tradition standpoint or from a future perspective.” [a] It’s a productive and important relationship,” she added.

Harris was first asked this question during an appearance on ABC News' “The View” earlier this month and gave a different response, which is now being used against her by the Trump campaign.

“I can't think of any decisions that have affected me, and I've been a part of them,” Viep told the all-female committee on Oct. 8.

Later that same day, Harris was asked by late-night CBS host Stephen Colbert, “You're a member of the current administration. What will change significantly under a Harris administration, and what will remain the same?”

“For sure, well, I'm obviously not Joe Biden,” Harris ducked before adding: ”

“Let me be clear: my presidency is not a continuation of the Joe Biden presidency,” the vice president told Fox News “Special Report” host Bret Baier in an interview that aired Wednesday night. .

“Like all new presidents taking office, I will bring my own life experiences, professional experiences, and fresh new ideas to the table,” she added.

Harris' stumbled answer to Alexander's question on Friday drew surprised reactions from critics on social media.

“She's a candidate now, and her latest answer to this question was that her presidency would change. But she can't explain how. Even Peter Alexander tripped her up. I'm letting you know. one user wrote. “Was her campaign in 2020 really that bad?”

Another X the user said more succinctly“Why can’t she answer this question yet?!”
