On Sunday afternoon, a Dollar Van driver was brazenly shot and killed in Brooklyn when another Dollar Van rolled onto his side and someone opened fire, law enforcement sources told the Post.
Police said the victim, Johansi Chapman, 24, was at 837 Utica Avenue in East Flatbush when another $1 van approached her and someone inside the vehicle stopped her around 12:55 p.m. A shot was fired.
