Midtown's newest venue for a fun party for tenants is Global Holdings' Art Deco-style 99 Park Avenue on East 40th Street.
The company's $30 million investment will see the vintage 1950s property redesigned with a lobby and an amenity package for tenants, including an “intimate bootleg den, entertainment lounge, bowling alley, and golf simulator.”
The upgrade is expected to be completed in early 2026.
