Plans for important new restaurants often somehow remain largely unnoticed until opening day. Delmonico’s “sister restaurant” to the FiDi Steakhouse phenomenon, Tucci’s, named after his partner Max’s Tucci, is no different.
The Italian restaurant, which boasts Northern and Southern cuisine, will open March 15 at 643 Broadway, corner of Bleecker Street in Noho. Like Delmonico’s, the store will be run by co-owners Dennis Turcinovich and Tucci, the grandson of the family that ran Delmonico’s in the first half of the 20th century.
The 4,000 square foot, two-story trattoria can accommodate up to 60 guests. The menu is inspired by the Tucci family’s Italian heritage. The kitchen will be helmed by Delmonico chef Edward Hong, who has been named corporate executive chef for DRF Hospitality.

The menu also includes the Beaver Street landmark’s traditional “Delmonico’s Eye” steak.
RFR’s landmark Seagram Building recorded more than 100,000 square feet of new leases and additions in 2023. This strong showing continues with his 34,000 square foot deal with private equity firm Advent International.
“The flight to quality is clear as demand for space along Seagram and Park Avenue remains strong,” said RFR Leasing Director AJ Kamhi. Asking rents at Seagram (also known as 375 Park Avenue) average $235 per square foot.
Last year, investment firms Fintech Advisory and Brant Point Capital Management both renewed their leases, and Spanish law firm Perez Llorca moved into the space.
