The much-delayed reopening, which The Post exclusively reported last month, includes the addition of a new Italian restaurant called The Garden, which features a “forest-like” atmosphere and overlooks the lobby, according to the establishment's website. It is said to be included.

It is unclear whether the new rental units will include the infamous Ty Warner Penthouse. The penthouse, located on the 52nd floor and measuring 4,300 square feet with panoramic city views, was advertised at a whopping $50,000 a night.
Employees have been working diligently to prepare the hotel since the summer, the Post reported.

The hotel had previously promised to reopen in 2022 and 2023, and again last month, but each time was delayed by renovations that have taken longer than expected.
Four Seasons veteran Michal Dedera has been named general manager.
