New Delhi:
The New York Times was raised by the US government for reports of terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. There, 26 people, including foreigners, were shot dead after being asked to prove their loyalty to Islam.
The attack, in which the Pakistan-based terrorist group “Resistance Front” – a banned derivative of Rashkar-e-Tayba – claims responsibility, was reported as “extremist” attacks by the New York Times. The report also states that it was Prime Minister Narendra Modi who called the “terrorist attack” a “shooting.”
NYT called out via Terror Reportage
The US Government’s Foreign Affairs Committee took it to social media and publicly called out a New York Times article in a news report, describing it as “excluded from reality.” The NYT headline read “At least 24 tourists shot by Kashmir militants.”
“This was a terrorist attack, it was simple and simple,” the US government said, adding, “Whether it’s India or Israel, the NYT will be removed from reality when it comes to terrorism.”
The post also shared corrections and photos made on behalf of NYT and said, “Hey, NYT, we fixed it for you.”

The difference between extremists and terrorism
Military usually refers to armed rebellion from within the state to achieve political or social outcomes, whereas terrorism creates a climate of terrorism, where the calculated use of violence creates a climate of terrorism in order to engage in asymmetric wars against foreigners in order to risk the area with greater intentional or objective orientation.
In a statement on Wednesday, India said at a top-level security meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, “A briefing to the Cabinet Committee on Security announced the cross-border links of the terrorist attacks.
“Double Standard”
Lashkar-e-Taiba or Let is equipped with the front stem of its shadow resistance, and is an unspecified terrorist organization, and is globally aware of its terrorist qualifications. But analysts say the massive star of Western media that President Trump calls “legacy media” often reports terrifying incidents as “gunning” or “extremists” incidents.
For decades, Pakistan has been carrying out “cross-border terrorism” against India, claiming it was the act of “non-state actors,” a classic case of proxy wars. India has repeatedly shared evidence of terrorists with Pakistan about illegal occupations and terrorists coming from areas under its control, but Islamabad has never collaborated with New Delhi.
Analysts have often identified “double standards” in reports in Kashmir in western media. Most of the western “legacy media” report that Russia is acting as an “invasion” in Ukraine, but the same media reports that Kashmir is a “conflict” rather than an invasion of Pakistan’s Indian territory.
Jammu and Kashmir invasion
In 1947, two countries were formed during the division of India. This chose to remain secular. Pakistan was also created with the ideology of the theory of two countries that demanded Muslims an independent country.
Pakistan, by doing so, became the world’s first nation, not a common language or ethnicity, nor a religion.
At the time of independence, former princes and Kashmirs, including the northern region known as the present Gilgit Baltistan, joined the Indian Union by signing instruments for their membership. However, Pakistan, formed by the ideology of theories of both countries, argued that the majority of Jammu and Kashmir people, Muslim nations, should ideally belong to Pakistan.
However, when Karachi (the then Pakistan capital) saw the merger of Jammu and Kashmir with India, Pakistan founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah sent tribes that burned widespread violence in Kashmir to coordinate the invasion. He then ordered the newly formed Pakistani army to invade Kashmir and forcefully take over. This led to an armed conflict between India and Pakistan. By the time Indian forces reached Kashmir, Pakistan had invaded and illegally occupied the current Pakistan-occupied area, known as Kashmir, including the Gilgit-Baluchistan region.
