US District Judge Beryl Howell said Wednesday that the order from President Donald Trump was likely illegal and that he issued a temporary restraining order to some of the command.

Trump ordered the suspension of all aggressive security clearances held by law firms and ordered the Office of Management and Budget to identify federal property and assets used by businesses to terminate their access.
Howell said the order is likely to violate the Constitution in relation to free speech and legitimate processes.
