Officials Notify CCP-Linked Trailer Park Near Classified US Bomber Base

The state of Missouri is taking steps to close a trailer park business located near Whiteman Air Force Base. This decision follows an investigation by the Daily Caller News Foundation, which found connections between the park and a convicted fraudster, as well as links to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) intelligence.

Secretary of State Denny Hoskins announced on Thursday the administrative cancellation of Property Solutions 3603 LP, which operates the Knob Noster Trailer Park next to Whiteman Air Force Base, known for housing the B-2 stealth bomber. The trailer park is ultimately managed by a Georgian company owned by a Canadian couple connected to disgraced Chinese businessman Miles Guo. Guo has labeled himself a former CCP intelligence “affiliate,” as revealed in a November investigation.

“We commend Secretary of State Denny Hoskins for this decisive action to ensure Missouri’s laws are enforced,” said Missouri Republican Rep. Mark Alford. “We were alerted about possible ties between this shell company and the Chinese Communist Party due to the ownership situation at the trailer park.”

Records show the property is managed through a web of shell companies controlled by Esther Mei and Chen Fu, who are tied to China’s New Federal State, an organization associated with Guo. Guo, who was convicted in 2024 for a scheme to defraud over $1 billion, is currently awaiting sentencing.

Neither Mei, Hu, nor representatives from China’s New Federal State responded to requests for comment, and Guo was unavailable for contact.

Hoskins’ office stated that the cancellation followed a routine compliance review, which revealed discrepancies in the company’s registered agent information. The registered agents were formally notified in November, but no corrections were made within the specified time.

According to Hoskins’ office, “Failure to respond to a notice is a strong indicator that a company is not operating responsibly or in good faith.” He emphasized, “Integrity and compliance are minimum requirements when operating near Whiteman Air Force Base. Missouri should have no excuses for companies that fail to meet these standards.”

Hoskins described the action as part of a regular enforcement of the Missouri Commercial Code. However, he expressed concerns that ongoing legal noncompliance is particularly troubling when it involves businesses located near secure or sensitive sites like military installations.

This situation gained further urgency earlier in January when federal prosecutors charged an illegal Chinese immigrant who had reportedly taken photographs of a B-2 aircraft near the base’s perimeter.

The issue of Chinese-owned properties near critical military sites is not limited to Whiteman Air Force Base. An investigation revealed that the Air Force Global Strike Command, located at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana, is near two golf courses owned by individuals linked to Chinese intelligence.

Michael Rucci, founder and CEO of State Armor, remarked, “Secretary Hoskins has taken crucial steps to safeguard America’s national security and should be recognized for that.” He emphasized that Hoskins’ decision to cancel the company’s registration was necessary given its potential threat to Whiteman Air Force Base.

Rucci further suggested that other state officials should utilize their powers to mitigate the influence of the CCP.

Missouri has previously won a $25 billion lawsuit against the Chinese government, citing its role in worsening the COVID-19 pandemic and hoarding medical supplies during that time.

“Whether it’s about demanding proper filings from this partnership or holding the Chinese government accountable for COVID-19 compensation, Missouri is showing the CCP that no one is above the law,” stated Jacqueline Diehl from the State Armor advisory board.

State Armor assisted the Daily Caller News Foundation with the investigation.

L.J. Eads, a former Air Force intelligence analyst, noted, “This is a significant step, but we should not confuse compliance issues with the broader concerns of national security.” He mentioned that states like Florida and New Hampshire are beginning to develop statewide counterintelligence efforts and advocated for a national approach to countering the CCP operations within the U.S.

Alford expressed his intention to continue urging federal authorities to closely examine foreign ownership of real estate near significant military installations.
