A Pro Bowler from Ohio was arrested by U.S. Marshals last week while playing in a tournament in Indiana, authorities said.

Brandon Novak, 35, of Chillicothe, was taken into custody Thursday at the 2024 U.S. Open Bowling Tournament in Indianapolis.
An Ohio State bowler was arrested by U.S. Marshals while playing in a tournament in Indiana.
Charles Sanso, deputy U.S. marshal for the Southern District of Ohio, said Novak is wanted on a warrant out of Ross County, Ohio. Assistant County Attorney Cindy Shoemaker said the warrant is based on a confidential indictment and no further information will be released until Novak is extradited to Ohio.
Authorities do not know whether Mr. Novak has hired a lawyer.

Novak has been a Pro Bowler for more than 10 years and has won two tournaments, according to his profile on the Pro Bowlers Association website.
