After a 19-year-old Oklahoma teenager was found dead on a freeway wearing only his shoes on Labor Day 2023, a coroner’s report says the cause of death is still pending. It was concluded that it was unclear.
Noah Presgrove was found dead on Labor Day 2023 in a rural area off Route 81 in Jefferson County. Nearly a year later, his family spoke out about the last time he was seen alive at a party he attended with a group of his friends that night. No one has come forward to say how he died along the highway.
Mr. Pressgrove had just graduated from high school three months early and was planning to join his cousin in the military.
The medical examiner released the autopsy results to the Pressgrove family on Monday, which the family shared with Fox News Digital.

“Considering the circumstances surrounding the death, the autopsy, and the toxicology results, the death of Noah Alexander Nichols was the result of multiple blunt force injuries. It was discovered on the morning of September 4, 2023. No vehicle parts or debris were found at the scene, and it is unclear how the body, which suffered multiple blunt force injuries, was found on the road. “Undetermined,” the report says.
The report also said investigators determined Mr. Pressgrove’s cause of death was “multiple blunt force injuries.”
“Further investigation revealed that the decedent attended a house party on September 3, 2023 and was drinking alcohol. He then rode an ATV Ranger vehicle with several men and crashed into a rollover vehicle. The decedent was still alive after the incident and returned to the party.” After an argument with his girlfriend, the decedent slipped out of the house party and was found on the side of the highway until the morning of September 4, 2023. “No,” the report continued.

Noah’s sister, Madison Rawlings, told Fox News Digital that the report’s findings don’t add up.
“I don’t know who the girl he’s ‘probably’ arguing with is, that’s the question I posed to the coroner,” Ms Rawlings said.
When the death was first reported, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation called Mr. Pressgrove’s death “suspicious.”
A spokesperson for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, which took over the investigation, told Fox News Digital that the investigation is ongoing and they do not have any information to share regarding the incident.

“At the end of the day, all we know is that he lost his life,” Lindsey Fowler, one of Noah’s cousins, told KFOR. “He was found on the side of the highway. And it looks like he was dumped there and somebody knows what happened. And we want to know what happened. is.”
