Olivia Dunn enjoyed some down time in Los Cabos last weekend after attending the launch of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s 60th anniversary issue.
The 21-year-old LSU gymnast, who helped the Lady Tigers win the team’s first-ever NCAA gymnastics title last month, can be seen in photos posted to her Instagram from horseback riding on a beach in Mexico over Memorial Day weekend with her sister, Julz Dunn.
Dan showed off her tanned skin in a bikini for activewear brand Vuori Clothing, the first company to sign a name, image and likeness (NIL) deal with her in June 2021.
She was wearing the brand’s Ivy-colored Dune bikini top and cheeky bottoms, both of which retail for $68 apiece.
“The horse’s name was Friday,” Dan wrote in an Instagram caption.
“Amazing,” SI Swimsuit newcomer Zandra Paul wrote in the comments section.
Dan’s visit to Mexico came after he attended the launch of the brand’s landmark issue, which features SI Swimsuit models including veterans Tyra Banks, Kate Upton and Paige Spiranac.
Dan was photographed with Spiranac and Paul promoting the magazine during a press tour in New York and Florida earlier this month.

Dunn, a senior at LSU, made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in the 2023 edition alongside Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese.
The blonde beauty is currently splitting her time between LSU, where she is finishing up her senior year, and Pittsburgh, after her boyfriend, MLB pitcher Paul Skenes, was promoted to the Pirates on May 11.
Dunn, a New Jersey native, celebrated Skenes’ mound debut in a 10-9 win over the Cubs.
Skenes, who won an NCAA title with the LSU Tigers in 2023, confirmed her relationship with Dunn last August.
With more than 13 million followers across Instagram and TikTok, the influencer has become the face of the NIL era and reportedly earns seven figures.
In June 2021, the NCAA lifted rules that prohibited athletes from selling their name, image and likeness, meaning college athletes can now profit from them without sacrificing their athletic eligibility.
