Oliva Rodrigo has long been a fan of vintage fits, so it’s no wonder she dug out another cheeky mini from the archives for her 21st birthday celebrations earlier this week. And it turns out that her plunging dress actually makes her look older than she is.
“Today is (hypothetically) the last day minors can drink!!!” she captioned Merry-Go-Round instagram photos on monday.
In the photo, the “Vampire” singer is wearing a black minidress from Alaia’s spring 1991 collection, a barely there style that was likely sold to Rodrigo recently for $12,500. Used site 1st Dibs.
The shopping platform described the dress as “ultra rare” and “museum quality,” and at the time of its release, the dress was available in both black and white.
Rodrigo’s vintage dress fell almost to her navel, with a black leather belt cinched below her bustline and another at her waist.
