The Human Resources Management Bureau (OPM) said that it did not issue orders to close the government website. The census website seemed to be on Friday evening, but some other major agencies were still in operation.

“I don't know. I can't hear it like a bad idea. Day had ruined our country,” said the President on Friday. “If they want to scrub the website, it's okay for me.”
