Orioles Shortstop Gunnar Henderson Praises God amid Growing Baseball Career

Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson has professed his faith in God while continuing to thrive in his second major league career. In just his second year in the major leagues, Henderson is already second in home runs to Houston’s Kyle Tucker. Henderson is on pace to surpass Baltimore’s franchise record of 53 home runs in a season. Sports Spectrum I will report.

He also has 34 RBI and a .271 batting average so far, leading Baltimore to a 29-17 record and second place in the American League East.

Henderson homered in four straight games despite Baltimore’s 3-1 loss at St. Louis on Wednesday.
