Ozzy Osbourne’s Last Moments with Family

Recently, Ozzy Osbourne cherished moments with his daughter, Kelly Osbourne, and grandson, Sydney. This heartwarming video was recorded just days before his passing.

The iconic Black Sabbath frontman, often referred to as the Prince of Darkness, passed away at the age of 76 on Tuesday, surrounded by his loved ones.

Just two days prior, Ozzy enjoyed a relaxing morning at a sprawling estate in Buckinghamshire, England, with family over the weekend.

A clip shared by Kelly on her Instagram Stories featured Ozzy sitting at the kitchen table, engaged with his iPad.

“Good morning,” Kelly prompted in the video, encouraging her father to mirror her greeting.

“Dada, say good morning,” she encouraged, leaning closer, coaxing him to reply to her and the children.

This touching moment, posted on July 20, came just before Ozzy’s death at the Grand Country Home.

In 2020, he openly disclosed his diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. This condition is known to disrupt motor functions, leading to tremors and rigidity, with no definitive treatments available.

Additionally, Ozzy faced several surgeries in recent years stemming from a serious spinal cord injury in 2019.

Prior to his passing, Kelly firmly denied rumors of a “suicide pact” between her parents.

“Stop saying my parents have some sort of suicide agreement,” she stated in a video posted on July 11.

Sharon Osbourne had previously mentioned the idea of assisted suicide back in 2007, suggesting that they had reached an understanding about seeking euthanasia in Switzerland if faced with debilitating illnesses.

“Ozzy and I are on the same page,” she had asserted back then. “We stand firmly behind euthanasia, especially if a severe brain condition arises—we’re prepared to go to Switzerland.”

She reflected on her father’s struggles on the anniversary of his passing in July 2002, expressing that he should not endure similar suffering.

In her memoir from 2007, Kelly indicated that this agreement was revisited in 2023 on a podcast, discussing the complex emotions surrounding such topics.
