Cole Paplahamthe San Diego Padres pitcher was absolutely hammered 102 mph line drive Head straight to your head during Sunday's spring training game, taking on the Dodgers in Los Angeles.
The scene fell into eight innings as Paprahum was pitching for the Los Angeles infielder Aaron Brachowho was facing a 2-0 count. When Bracho swung the ball, he fired it right at Papraham, which put him directly into his head. At first, Papraham was able to get up, but in the end he went down for a few minutes. Eventually he walked off the field to a golf cart.
Since 2023, Papraham has been involved in San Diego's minor league system. Paprahum, who plays college baseball at New Orleans University, continued to play for Mahoning Valley Clapper in the MLB Draft League, and also moved around in single-A and double-A minor league baseball.
Miller is currently working on concussion protocols and is recovering from a knock.
