Paige Shiver emotionally shares her experience of losing Sherrone Moore's baby during a difficult situation.

Paige Shiver, the former assistant and mistress of Sherone Moore, expressed her grief on Friday, revealing she lost the ex-University of Michigan coach’s baby due to a medical crisis.

In an emotional interview, the 32-year-old shared that she became pregnant during her long-term relationship with Moore. While she had hopes of having a child, her doctor, along with Moore, advised her to terminate the pregnancy after she was diagnosed with Pompe disease, a rare genetic condition.

“Many doctors and specialists informed me it wouldn’t be right or healthy for me to carry the baby,” Shiver stated on ABC News’ “Good Morning America,” tears streaming down her face.

When she turned to Moore for advice on the pregnancy, he told her, “You have to do what’s right for your body.”

Shiver reflected on her rocky relationship with Moore, which ended in December when he broke into her home, threatening to harm himself after he reported their relationship to University of Michigan officials.

She admitted she thought she loved Moore, who is married with three kids, but later realized it wasn’t love at all.

“I thought I loved him. But looking back, I feel regret about everything that happened. It’s not love at all,” she explained, noting she was frightened when he confronted her after she reported him.

Moore, 40, was dismissed from his $5.5 million-a-year position in December after giving evidence of an affair to the university and alleging Shiver had an inappropriate relationship with another staff member.

Following his termination, Moore broke into Shiver’s home, armed with a butter knife and scissors, threatening to take his own life.

“My blood is on your hands. You ruined my life,” he told her in that chaotic moment.

Moore could have faced up to five years behind bars for burglary and stalking, along with minor charges for malicious use of telecommunications equipment and trespassing. Ultimately, he received 18 months of probation and was ordered to have no contact with Shiver. Following these events, Michigan appointed Utah head coach Kyle Whittingham as Moore’s replacement on December 26.
