Paige Spiranac Discusses Golf Performance and Attire on Social Media

Golf influencer Paige Spiranac took to social media to elaborate on her theory regarding the connection between her clothing choices and her performance on the golf course. She shared a post on X, reflecting on how she believed her game had improved two years ago when she opted for less clothing while playing.

In her post, she described what she calls “case studies” to support her claim. She included a photo of herself and stated that her theory was, in essence, validated. “If you’ve been following me for a while, I know I have this working theory that I will play better when I wear less clothes,” she shared on Sunday. However, she humorously noted that her game wasn’t great that day, emphasizing, “I played like (poo) today.”

On that occasion, Spiranac was dressed in a button-down shirt paired with black trousers. “I love golf, but I don’t want to feel frustrated more than I already do when I hit a bad shot,” she added.

Recently, she recounted her experiences while playing at Liberty Golf Course in New Jersey back in August 2023. Yet, she didn’t specify where she was playing on the day she made her comments. Further developing her “case studies,” she recalled shooting a score of 75 while wearing one outfit and a 68 with a different one, pointing out significant differences in the clothing. “Please look into my case studies more closely. I’ll continue my research,” she suggested in a prior post.

Just a few days before her recent remarks, she mentioned, “I want you to record that I was wearing the right golf outfit today but it didn’t help my score. That’s science.” Spiranac is widely recognized as one of the most prominent golf influencers online, boasting over 4 million followers on Instagram and 1.6 million on TikTok.
