Pam Bondi reveals ‘gruesome’ evidence of illegal aliens’ affiliation with Tren de Aragua after arrest of New Mexico ex-judge

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy said one of the three illegal aliens involved in the arrest of the former New Mexico judge had images of the victim who was beheaded on a cell phone.

Bondi offered revelation as evidence that an illegal foreigner said to be embraced by former judge Jose “Joel” Cano was a member of El Salvador’s vicious Tren de Aragua gang. Kano resigned from his office after his residence was searched in February, and he was arrested Friday.

Democrats opposed the arrest and accused the administration of abuse of government powers, but Bondy appeared on Fox News to deny the allegations. Fox host Sandra Smith said illegal aliens are linked to gangs through clothing, tattoos and text messages.

“Judge Kano, soon became an ex-girlfriend’s judge – his charges were not sealed. He was charged with obstacles. … He admitted to Post Miranda. He took one of the TDA members’ cell phones himself, beat them with a hammer, destroyed it, and walked it to the city’s dumpster.

“My wife is being charged with destroying evidence,” she continued. “Not only that. This TDA member – and he had a necklace that “killed,” said something about death. He had tattoos everywhere he was. She emphasized. “A scary photo!”

She went on to say that the former judge and his wife gave them an assault rifle along with a suppressor, who belonged to a gang suspect, who belonged to a daughter. The affidavit said they went to the shooting range with TDA members with guns.

“This is the last person we want in our country and we will not tolerate it to the judges or others!” she concluded.

Kano claims he didn’t know the three were linked to the gang, and that he heard it when his home in Las Cruces was attacked.

According to KOAT-TV, “I’ll be as transparent as possible,” Kano wrote. “It was the first time I heard that the boys could have had a relationship with Tren de Aragua when I was informed. [the] Agent on the day of the attack. ”

He further alleged that they saw documents that they were not subject to deportation and that their asylum claims were being processed. He told the accusations that he had taken them to the range that he did not take firearms or ammunition into range, saying that he and his wife were merely spectators.

Cano has been permanently banned from his role as a judge by the New Mexico Supreme Court.

I have Trump specified Tren de Aragua, a terrorist group, invoked the alien enemy law of 1798, allowing immediate deportation of those identified as members. Democrats and other critics of the administration have accused Trump of inappropriately banishing people with suspected connections to gangs without justification.
