The Carolina Panthers announced Tuesday night that starting quarterback Andy Dalton was involved in a car accident.
Dalton's entire family – wife, three children and dog – were also in the car, but none required emergency medical evacuation.
“Neither Dalton nor his family was transported by emergency medical personnel. Dalton is being evaluated by team medical personnel,” the Panthers said in a statement.
