DeSantis and Hatman Founded Joined 20/20 Insights, LLC in 2010. DeSantis said he was the company’s registered agent until February 2024. On February 2, 2024, the company replaced his name with Hatman as its registered agent.
The timing of the change is questionable. 20/20 Insight LLC was released several weeks before Fulton County Prosecutor Fannie Willis testified about her extramarital affair with fellow Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade, and in court filings accusing Willis of having an affair with Wade. Days later, DeSantis was replaced with a registered agent.

DeSantis worked on Willis’ 2020 campaign and transition while running 20/20 Insights, LLC, sources exclusively told Breitbart News. Sources also claim that DeSantis is Biden’s factory inside Willis’ office.
