Patrick Mahomes marks anniversary with his partner Brittany

Celebrating Four Years of Marriage

Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs’ quarterback, and his wife Brittany marked their fourth wedding anniversary on Thursday by posting a heartfelt message alongside a nostalgic photo.

“Happy Anniversary to my 1st day ❤️!” Mahomes, now 30, wrote on Instagram, featuring a picture of himself as a teenager at one of his baseball games at White House High School in Texas.

It’s worth noting that Mahomes was quite the athlete in high school, excelling in football and basketball as well. He was honored last May with an induction into the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame.

One of the cherished photos shows the couple walking down Virgin Road on their wedding day in Maui, Hawaii. Another snapshot captures them posing together outdoors.

Brittany expressed her affection in the comments, saying, “Oh so much 🥹🥹🥹 I love you ♾️🤍.” In another post, she shared a touching photo of their wedding—grimacing together amidst the joy of their reception.

“Happy anniversary 🤍,” she commented later, while Mahomes replied, “I love you, baby! ❤️.”

Their daughter, Sterling Skye Mahomes, who turned one in February, played the role of flower girl during the ceremony. The couple also welcomed their son, Patrick “Bronze” Labone III, in November 2022, and another daughter, Golden Ray, in January 2025.

Interestingly, just the day before their anniversary, Mahomes was seen at the Big 12 men’s basketball tournament game between BYU and West Virginia at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City. He’s been recovering from a torn ACL, an injury he sustained last December, yet he seems to be doing well.

Talking about that injury, Mahomes tore his left knee’s anterior cruciate ligament during a close game against the Los Angeles Chargers. He underwent surgery the following day to repair both the ACL and LCL ligaments.

This past season, the Chiefs (6-10) missed the playoffs, marking the first time that happened since 2014 during Mahomes’ early days in Kansas City.
