A 49-year-old woman from Pennsylvania has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after admitting to filming assaults while abusing her boyfriend and child for over a year.
This is Tina Marie Farley from Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. She received her sentence on Tuesday, alongside a requirement to pay $3,000 in restitution for promoting and participating in child sexual abuse and producing child pornography. Charges were filed against her in December 2023, and she entered a plea this year.
“The defendant has profoundly betrayed the trust of the child, and now she must face the consequences of her exploitation,” said U.S. Attorney David Metcalf in a statement.
“Those who exploit children inflict lasting damage. The emotional toll is incalculable. My office, along with the FBI, works diligently every day to locate and prosecute child predators to prevent further victimization,” Metcalf added.

From October 2017, over a span of about 18 months, Farley and her unnamed boyfriend subjected the child, then aged 12 to 13, to repeated sexual abuse, as noted in court documents.
Farley filmed the abuse perpetrated by her boyfriend and participated in the assaults herself.
“Child exploitation ranks among the most heinous crimes that the FBI investigates,” remarked Gabriel Pauling, an assistant special agent in charge of the FBI Philadelphia office.
“Today’s ruling highlights our commitment, alongside our partners, to protect children and ensure that those who harm them are held accountable,” Pauling concluded.
