After Iowa Hawkeyes guard Caitlin Clark signed with the Indiana Fever, fans are furious at the superstar’s projected WNBA salary, which will see her earn just $76,535 in her rookie season.
Considering Clark was a No. 1 draft pick, especially given that the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NBA Draft was Victor Wembaneyama, who made a modest starting salary with the San Antonio Spurs, that amount is It seems extremely low. Over $12 million.
Is this fair?
According to Dave Rubin and guest Dennis Prager, yes.

Prager agrees, offering an analogy to put things into perspective.
“How much do supermodels make? The truth is, some of them make millions of dollars a year,” he told Dave.

And just as the male modeling industry pales in comparison to the female modeling industry, “the WNBA doesn’t bring in the revenue of the NBA.”
“They take gender confusion and combine it as something related to capitalism, which actually all leads to socialism,” Dave says.
