The Manassas Police Department said 23-year-old Jesus Enrique Ramirez Cabrera was arrested Friday and charged with kidnapping, robbery, impersonating a police officer and petty theft.

When officers arrived on scene, they learned that the girl was walking on Clover Hill Road to her school when she was approached by an unknown man driving a red Jeep SUV, possibly a Patriot or Commander.

Once the suspect arrived on Quarry Road, the girl was able to get out of the vehicle, he told police.
