Phil Mickelson Issues Praise To Daniel Penny In ‘Random Thoughts’ Twitter Post

LIV golf superstar Phil Mickelson let the nation know how he feels about the Daniel Penny incident in a “random” tweet on Sunday.

Mickelson appeared to be watching the Los Angeles Chargers vs. Kansas City Chiefs game on Sunday Night Football while sharing his thoughts on social media.

“On my personal opinion, Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth were great in the booth. 'The Day of the Jackal' is a great show,” Mickelson wrote. “If a crazy person threatens to kill you, just hope there's a Daniel Penny around.”

For those who don't know, Penny stopped psychopaths from hurting others. 2023 Inside a subway car in New York City. This led to the veteran being charged with strangling Jordan Neely. He was later acquitted of manslaughter.

“Finally, a little common sense: There should never be a trial. The selfless act to protect other passengers should be celebrated, and the person who brought the charges should be removed from office.” Mickelson wrote.

“Thank you Daniel for serving our country and protecting the many passengers whose lives were threatened by this violent and deranged individual,” Mickelson said in another post.
