Philadelphia road rage incident shows driver shooting teen, woman

Police say a manhunt is ongoing for a driver who shot a 15-year-old boy and a 20-year-old woman in West Philadelphia.

According to Philadelphia police, the shooting stems from a road rage incident that unfolded just after 7pm on Monday at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Ave.

The suspect, called a bearded black man in his 40s, was captured on multiple cameras in the area before escaping the scene.

Police say the suspect fired, shot the teen in the arm and grazing the woman in the chest. Both were moved to local hospitals where they were listed as stable, Fox 29 reported.

The suspect was driving silver 2016-2017 Honda Civic Both the front quarter panels have unknown tags and body damage, and the front bumper does not have a guest room front hub cap.
