When INM officers realized that the man was taking pictures of their actions, they attempted to confront him and flashed their lights to prevent the assault from being photographed.
The issue comes as INM authorities have been plagued by persistent corruption allegations of extortion, assault and sometimes handing over migrants to cartel-linked human smugglers for profit.
