‘Pioneer Woman’ Ree Drummond displays weight loss after shedding 50 pounds without the help of Ozempic

“I was not taking Ozempic, Wigoby, or any similar medication. During an appearance on the Today show in October, Drummond talked about how he’s been maintaining his weight loss.

“The biggest takeaway, which I don’t always adhere to, is to try not to waste calories,” she said. “You can have a plate of delicious food that combines different elements, colors and flavors, or you can have a donut.”
