Playboy model Ariane Bellamar died on Dec. 20 at the age of 46.
News of her death was first reported by Bellamar’s ex-husband and the father of her children, Tanner Slaught, in a Facebook post shared Jan. 24 that was widely circulated Feb. 19.
“It is with great sadness that I am bringing out the news that on December 20th, 2024 – Ariane passed away,” Slaught wrote. “I ask for your consideration to view more information by clicking on the link below to view our fundraiser for her funeral. Her extremely early departure from this world has caught everyone off guard and we were not prepared for this.”

Slaught went on to share a GoFundMe link designed to assist with funeral expenses with his daughters in mind. He said he wanted to provided them with “a respectful ceremony for grieving their lost mother as a platform to start the healing process.”
Bellamar died because of a heart attack, according to the GoFundMe.
Supporters had donated just over $1,000 at the time of this writing. The fundraising option has been disabled.

TMZ reported that Nevada’s Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner obtained a report of Bellamar’s death on Dec. 20 but could not provide more information because case was not within the coroner’s jurisdiction. Bellamar was born in Florida and grew up in Toronto, Canada. She was best known as a Playboy model but also appeared on television. Her notable credits include ABC Family’s “Beverly Hills Nannies,” “Entourage” and Bravo’s former dating reality series, “The Millionaire Matchmaker.” Bellamar had minor movie roles in “Suicide Squad” as well as “The Hangover Part III.”
