The actor who plays Goofy said his grandmother made sexual advances on him during a family social event at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
The victim and Disney World staff contacted police, who filed a detailed, though somewhat redacted, report.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has released a report into a February 2024 incident in which a 32-year-old actor wearing a Disney costume got into an altercation with an elderly woman during a photo shoot.
The victim said that around 10:30 a.m., a family of four was taking a photo with Goofy, with three members standing to his right and his grandmother standing to his left with her arm around him.
The grandmother then “placed her right hand on her son’s butt and squeezed her own hand three times,” according to the report. “During the squeeze, the grandmother said, ‘Yay!'” It is also said to be
After the photo was taken, the victim reportedly canceled the social gathering and reported to a Disney staff member that she had been groped by her senior, who appeared to be in his 60s.
“I haven’t done anything…Goofy wants us to leave right now.”
Disney’s Parks and Recreation director was also tipped off behind the scenes, who then notified authorities.
According to reports, the family was asked to leave, and the grandmother said, “She was like, ‘What? They probably don’t want to leave us here.'”

“Goofy stopped interacting with the family and asked them to leave,” according to a statement from the photographer, who also noted that he had been listening in on the family’s conversation.
“What did you do?” her father apparently asked her grandmother.
“I’m not doing anything… Goofy wants us to leave now,” she replied.
The victim told police she wanted to press charges of assault after the elderly woman pushed her buttocks against her over her outfit – the grandmother was reportedly wearing leggings and a black Minnie Mouse shirt with “Nana Mouse” written on it – but no arrests have been made, according to local reports.

The molestation at Disney World isn’t the only Goofy-related incident to make headlines recently: Just a month ago, a woman across the country filed a lawsuit at Disneyland (located in Orange County) alleging that Goofy caused injuries to her.
The lawsuit stems from a woman who claims she was bending over to tie her daughter’s shoelaces during a trip in 2022. At the time, the actor who plays Goofy allegedly bumped into her and collapsed on top of her, forcing her to the “hard cement floor.”

She also complained of mental pain and suffering.
The woman is suing the park and Goofy’s “management.” According to reports, the handler’s job was to guide the costumed actors through the park to avoid bumping into anything.
