New York State Police are searching for a missing woman who intentionally entered the Niagara River above the iconic falls, just one week after her mother threw herself from the basin with her two children.
Police say multiple witnesses spotted a mysterious woman in the water on Goat Island, directly above Horseshoe Falls (the largest of the three waterfalls that make up Niagara Falls), around 2 p.m. Wednesday, according to police. reported.
