Authorities are investigating the heartbreaking death of Tiktok influencer Emily Kizer’s 3-year-old son. According to the Chandler Police Department, Trigg was found unresponsive in the swimming pool of their Arizona home on May 18.
The police have expressed their condolences to the Kizer family, indicating they will maintain privacy during this difficult time and refrain from disclosing information about the child’s condition.
Chandler Police spokesman Sonu Suutz stated, “Our thoughts and profound sadness are with the family and loved ones during this unimaginable time.” The investigation into the circumstances of this incident is still ongoing and remains open.
The department reiterated their commitment to respecting family privacy and will keep additional details undisclosed until the investigation concludes.
Authorities confirmed that Trigg succumbed to his injuries after being hospitalized on May 12. First responders found him unconscious in the pool and immediately attempted to revive him. He was subsequently airlifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital after CPR was administered.
Kizer has garnered a large following online, with 3.1 million followers on Tiktok and over a million on Instagram by sharing glimpses of her daily life.
After the accident, her fans noticed she stopped posting, which raised concerns about her well-being.
Kizer and her husband Brady welcomed Trigg in July 2021 and recently became parents again in March with the birth of their second son, Teddy.
Just a day before this tragic event, Kizer celebrated Mother’s Day, sharing a heartfelt video montage featuring her children.
She expressed gratitude for her role as a mother, stating, “I’m forever grateful that I was able to be a mom.”
Kizer later shared another video reflecting on her journey, mentioning, “I seriously can’t believe I have two kids this Mother’s Day—not just two kids, but two boys. Being a mom is truly amazing, but it’s also scary, hard, and beautiful. It’s a mix of every emotion. I’m really grateful to my own mom.”
